Year 3 have been learning about what materials are used in houses in our theme 'Home Sweet Home. We decided to do an experiment to see if we could keep the three little pigs dry. We used houses made of lego and lots of different materials for the roof. We talked about keeping the experiment ‘fair’ and the children made lots of predictions about which material would make the best roof and how we would know.
