Maths Week in Year 1

After our autumn walk last week, we decided to use the autumn treasures we found to celebrate Maths Week!

We sorted our colourful leaves by their colours and sizes, and then used our autumn findings to create 2D shapes.

It's amazing how much maths we can find in nature.
