Today, Year 1 were introduced to data handling through a fun, practical activity. Taking advantage of the sunny weather, we went outside and organised ourselves into groups based on our eye colour.
We then used JIT to record our results. The children explored which eye colours were the most and least common, helping them to begin to understand how to collect and interpret data in a simple and engaging way.
